Delivery Information



The place of delivery of the goods must also be the address of the holder of the credit / debit card being used in the transaction (unless we agreed otherwise). 

Our delivery charge is £4.95.  There is no minimum order.  We will only deliver to the following postcodes - CT3, CT7, CT8, CT9, CT10, CT11, CT12, CT13, CT14.


We aim to E-mail you to advise when we will deliver the goods, which will be delivered to the address you specified in your order.   Please be precise where you would like the goods left if you are out when delivery takes place.   We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage once the goods have been delivered or attempted to be delivered as specified by you.


Delivery will be between the hours of 08:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs on the day advised.  If we fail to get any answer when we call, you will be liable to a further delivery charge for when we next attempt to deliver to you, so please ensure you advise us if there are any periods during which you would be unable to take delivery – i.e. holidays etc.


DELIVERY OF FROST SENSITIVE PLANTS - will only be undertaken when the outside temperature is at least 5 degrees centigrade, so if you are liable to be out when delivery occurs, please make sure you are back in time before the outside temperature falls!


Delivery dates are not guaranteed (except by special arrangement for high value goods) so if we fail to deliver on the date specified due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to arrange another delivery date.   We do not accept any liability whatsoever for loss or damages caused by our non-delivery of the goods on the specified days.


Ownership of the goods passes to you only when the goods have been successfully delivered to you and we have received cleared payment in full.





If at the time of delivery, we have sold out of the variety / product you have requested, we will e-mail you to suggest possible alternatives or you may cancel that part of the order and we will credit back your card accordingly.   If this is the case and the unavailable product brings you below the minimum order value, then we will honour the same charge and you will not incur the additional payment.



If a product arrives not in the condition expected or an item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you accordingly with either a replacement or a credit back to the card you paid with. If it has been more than 48 hours then we will offer you a credit note.




This contract of sale is not a guarantee that we will deliver the goods ordered and as such we accept no liability whatsoever as a result of the non-delivery of the goods ordered in part or whole.


Whilst we will take all reasonable precautions to keep all your data supplied to us secure, we accept no liability for losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your data by a third party.


The total liability of any claim will not exceed the original selling price of the product.


All plants sold through the company are for decorative purposes only and should not be used for food or medicinal purposes unless specifically described as for culinary use.


We have no responsibility for the content or nature of any other web site to which this site has links.






These terms and conditions will be governed by the Laws of England and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English Courts.


These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
